Kevin bond
Kevin has appeared at all levels of New Zealand Courts. After assisting judges throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region with legal research and the preparation of judgments as research counsel, Kevin joined the litigation team at Harkness Henry, becoming a litigation partner there. At Harkness Henry, Kevin gained broad experience in civil litigation, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, including construction disputes and building defect cases, insolvency and the enforcement of leases and mortgages.
Kevin joined the firm as a director in May 2016.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys surfing, mountain biking and snow-boarding. Kevin enjoys good food and drink, and he also holds a voluntary position on the committee of the Wine & Food Society of Hamilton (Inc).
